Refund and Return Policy

All Hugory products are digital gift experiences delivered instantly via link. Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, we have the following refund policy:

Full Refund — Automatic

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your gift link was not opened by the recipient within 24 hours of delivery
  • A technical error prevented your gift from being created or delivered
  • You contact us within 24 hours of purchase at support@hugory.com

Partial Refund or Store Credit

If your gift link was opened but you experienced a quality issue, we will offer either a 50% refund or 100% store credit toward your next gift — your choice.

No Refund

Refunds are not available if:

  • The gift link has been opened and viewed by the recipient
  • More than 72 hours have passed since purchase with no reported issue
  • The content was created as specified at checkout

How to Request a Refund

Email support@hugory.com with your order number. We respond within 24 hours and process all eligible refunds within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions

Any error caused by our system — failed delivery, broken link, wrong content — is always eligible for a full refund regardless of time or view count.
