Hugory ("we", "us", "our") operates hugory.com. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What We Collect
When you place an order, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Recipient name and your personal message
- Photos you upload (if applicable)
- Payment information (processed securely by Shopify Payments — we never see your card details)
- Gift link view analytics: view count, device type, and country only
How We Use Your Data
- To create and deliver your gift experience
- To send your order confirmation and gift link
- To provide customer support
- To improve our products
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
Order data and gift content are retained for 24 months after purchase. After 24 months, personal information (names, messages) is anonymized. Uploaded photos are deleted after 24 months.

You have the right to:

- Request deletion of your data
- Opt out of data selling (we do not sell data)
