Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Hugory, Inc. ("Hugory"). Because we offer digital gift links that are delivered instantly, our refund policy differs from traditional retailers. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Product Delivery

All Hugory products are digital gift links delivered electronically. There are no physical products, no shipping, and no physical returns. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive your gift link immediately via email.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Eligible for Refund (Within 24 Hours)

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided that:

  • The gift link has not been opened by the recipient
  • The gift link has not been redeemed

2.2 Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • The gift link has been opened or viewed by the recipient (digital delivery confirmed)
  • The gift link has been redeemed
  • More than 24 hours have passed since purchase and the link was delivered successfully

3. Defective Products

If you receive a defective gift link (e.g., a broken or non-functional link), we will provide an immediate replacement or full refund at your choice, regardless of the 24-hour window. Please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at gifts@hugory.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Cancellations

Because gift links are delivered instantly upon purchase, cancellations follow the same policy as refunds. If the gift link has not been opened, you may cancel and receive a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
